Microugnspannkaka

PANNKAKA I MICRON!

Ja detta kanske inte var något bland det godaste jag har gjort men absolut inte äckligt! Nästan hela grejen med pannkakor är ju det stekta... Men ugnspannkaka är ju i alla fall väldigt gott så jag bestämde mig för att prova detta i micron. Receptet är hämtat från min gamla hemkunskapsbok och är ett vanligt recept på pannkakssmet men jag halverade så att det blev en portion.

 

Ingredienser:
1 ägg
3/4 dl vetemjöl
1.5 dl mjölk
Lite smör
En nypa salt

Gör såhär:
1. Vispa ihop vetemjölet, salt och hälften av mjölken i en skål/bunke

2. Knäck i ägget och häll på resten av mjölken
3. Vispa till en fin smet
4. Häll smeten i en vanlig djup, vid mattallrik eller liknande. Lägg i några klickar smör

5. Kör i micron på högsta effekt i cirka 5 minuter

6. Låt stå en stund så det får stabba till sig. KLART!

Med ett glas mjölk och god sylt så smakar det verkligen ugnspannkaka! (fast utan stekytan)
